Kennel Tours Admittance into Kennel by Clients and Potential Clients
Out of Respect for our canine boarders
The staff at Rainbow Kennels LLC will ONLY give tours or allow admittance to the kennel area by a non employee
Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM October thru April.
May thru September, kennel tours or admittance will ONLY be given 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We have nothing to hide here. However, it can be extremely upsetting to our canine clients (especially to those who do not board often) and we are not going to stress them any more than necessary with unknown people coming in.
If you wish to see what the kennel looks like ahead of time, make sure to come during the above time periods that we give tours or allow admittance.
The above time periods will exclude weekends, holidays and holiday periods and peak boarding periods (to be determined by the owner and when special events are taking place in our City).
We are feeding during first round, 7:P30 - 9:00 am and again after 2 or 3:00 pm.
When bringing your precious pets(s) in the first time, please do not ask us for admittance during any of the times or days that are not listed above. It makes you feel bad and mad and makes us feel bad as well.
We hope you will be understanding about what is in the bset interest of the other dogs who are boarding and in our care.
